IN THE CASE YOU WERE SENT THE INCORRECT ITEM OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM, CONTACT US AT INFO@PUBLIKBRAND.COM WITH PHOTOS IF APPLICABLE.
NO EXCHANGES, ONLY STORE CREDIT
NO EXCHANGES, BUT IF AN EXCHANGE IS PERMITTED, WE DON’T OFFER EXCHANGES BY MAIL. INSTEAD, WE’LL GIVE YOU STORE CREDIT ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN ITEM(S), THEN PLEASE REPURCHASE THE ITEM IF DESIRED. THE ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN, UNWASHED AND IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THE STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES.
NO IN-PERSON DROP-OFFS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER OR CORPORATE OFFICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, AND THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE PUBLIK BRAND'S RESPONSIBILITY. ADDITIONALLY, A RESTOCKING FEE MAY APPLY FOR ORDERS THAT ARE REFUSED AT DELIVERY OR RETURNED DUE TO AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
PUBLIK BRAND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SOLELY DEFINE AND LIMIT, REFUSE, AND/OR REJECT RETURNS FROM CUSTOMERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO:
- RETURN WITHOUT PERMITTED
- AN IRREGULAR OR EXCESSIVE ORDER HISTORY
- AN IRREGULAR OR EXCESSIVE RETURNS HISTORY INVOLVING WORN, ALTERED, LAUNDERED, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEM(S)
- POTENTIAL FRAUDULENT OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY
SIMILARLY, PUBLIK BRAND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANY CUSTOMER OR ENTITY, DUE TO SIMILAR ACTIONS AS NOTED ABOVE.
NON-PUBLIK BRAND ITEMS SENT TO OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER WILL BE DISCARDED UPON RECEIPT.
DAMAGED ITEMS UPON INITIAL RECEIPT
IF YOU RECEIVE A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM(S), PLEASE CONTACT INFO@PUBLIKBRAND.COM WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIPT.
ONCE WE RECEIVE THE DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM(S) BACK, WE’LL EMAIL YOU A STORE CREDIT, AND YOU CAN REPURCHASE THE ITEM(S) IF DESIRED.
STORE CREDIT
ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S) AT OUR DISTRIBUTION CENTER, WE’LL PROCESS YOUR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS ONCE ELIGIBLE. YOUR STORE CREDIT WILL COVER THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE AND TAX IF APPLICABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT PUBLIK BRAND DOES NOT CREDIT ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES.
