ALL ORDERS RECEIVED AND PAID, BETWEEN 12:00 AM TO 10:00 AM WILL SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY, 10:01 AM TO 11:59 PM WILL SHIP OUT THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED ON FRIDAY AFTER 10:00AM AND BEFORE SUNDAY AT 11:59PM WILL SHIP OUT ON THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. PLEASE NOTE SPECIAL HOLIDAY SHIPPING TIMES WILL BE POSTED SEPARATELY. DEPENDING ON A NUMBER OF FACTORS, STANDARD DOMESTIC MAY TAKE BETWEEN 5-8 BUSINESS. (EXCLUDING SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS)

SHIPPING FEES

SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU REFUSE ANY SHIPMENTS FROM PUBLIKBRAND.COM, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES, PLUS THE COST OF RETURNING THE PACKAGE TO US. THIS AMOUNT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY CREDIT ISSUED.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES.

DELIVERY CLAIMS

IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED, AND YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT; YOU MUST CONTACT THE CARRIER WITHIN 10 DAYS TO FILE A CLAIM. WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY AFTER THE TRACKING NUMBER INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED.

IF YOUR TRACKING INFORMATION STATES THAT YOUR PACKAGE WAS IN-TRANSIT AND DID NOT DELIVER YOUR PACKAGE OVER 10 DAYS FROM THE ESTIMATED DATE OF DELIVERY; YOU MUST CONTACT THE US WITHIN 10 DAYS TO FILE A CLAIM. CLAIMS CAN TAKE UP TO 30 DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE SHIPPING CARRIER USED, TO COMPLETE.

PBLK DOES NOT HOLD OR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN REPORTED AS DELIVERED BY THE CARRIER. WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PACKAGES THAT THE CARRIER CONFIRMS AS BEING DELIVERED.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

PLEASE NOTE, THAT IF YOUR ORDER INCLUDES MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONE (OR MORE) OF THE ITEMS ARE OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL GO AHEAD AND SHIP THE REST OF YOUR ORDER ISSUING A STORE CREDIT FOR THE ITEM(S) NOT IN STOCK.

PBLK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE CUSTOMERS TO USE A “COMMON” SHIPPING AND BILLING ADDRESS IN THE EVENT WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS AN ORDER OR VERIFY A SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED.

ADDITIONALLY,

PBLK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SOLELY DEFINE AND LIMIT, REFUSE, AND/OR CANCEL ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS AT ANY TIME DUE TO:

  • AN IRREGULAR OR EXCESSIVE ORDER HISTORY
  • AN IRREGULAR OR EXCESSIVE RETURNS HISTORY INVOLVING WORN, ALTERED, LAUNDERED, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEM(S)

POTENTIAL FRAUDULENT OR CRIMINAL ACTIVITY

SIMILARLY,

PBLK RESERVES THE RIGHT TO LIMIT, REFUSE, AND/OR REJECT RETURNS TO ANY CUSTOMER OR ENTITY, DUE TO SIMILAR ACTIONS AS NOTED ABOVE.
